Since the first blog was posted on the Let Life Happen website, much has grown, changed and evolved and it is once again time to assist our breast cancer support community with an update. And if you have noted from past posts for the New Year, I do not believe in New Year’s resolutions. I believe as individuals, we celebrate the start of our personal new year on our birthday. And I don’t of a single person, including myself, who has ever made a New Year’s resolution and actually kept it.“And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. I do hope that you can find the inspiration that I have found in these words from Almighty God that have made such a difference in my own life. -John 14:13-26 “Barbara Jacoby
After careful assessment of what I believe will be of great value to anyone who chooses to have some great inspiration at their fingertips, I have decided that this year, for the New Year, it is the perfect time for a change to one of the modules on the website as we always endeavor to a make it a point of information and inspiration and to that end, we have created “My Favorite Bible Verse” . This will be a place for anyone who wants to be inspired where they can go and search for a Bible verse that hopefully will provide a level of inspiration as needed.
Please note that the submissions to the previous module, “Share Your Story” will be archived should you want to find anything that was shared there and you can use the search option to find any of them.
This will be not only for those who have ever had a breast cancer diagnosis but also for caregivers, family members, friends and even for the children who wish to add this type of inspiration to their lives. All you need to do is to put your own favorite into an email and send it to me for posting. But if you choose, simply access the search mode to find something when it is most needed in your life. I have posted a sample here for your review.
