Breast Cancer Wellness Magazine’s 2015 award presented to Barbara Jacoby.
What an exciting start to the New Year! Let Life Happen celebrated its 8th anniversary on January 22nd that is highlighted by a perfect record of a weekly blog posting over all of those years. Then, on January 27th, came the announcement by Breast Cancer Wellness Magazine of its 2015 award winners that included those who were honored in 12 separate categories. I can’t begin to tell you how grateful and humbling it was to be named “Breast Cancer Blogger of the Year”.
I want to congratulate all of the other winners and thank you on behalf of everyone who has dealt with breast cancer on any level for your contributions that have provided hope, inspiration, assistance and guidance.Barbara Jacoby
For me and, I am sure, for all of the other winners, the most important reasons why this award is so meaningful are contained in these words that were included in the press release:
“Individuals and organizations are nominated by their peers for making a difference by sharing their skills, gifts, compassion and leadership. They exemplify what is good in the world.”
