BCW announces the recipients of the BCW Awards 2015

Lake of the Ozarks, MO, January 27, 2016 – Breast Cancer Wellness Magazine announces the recipients of the BCW Awards 2015. Individuals and organizations are nominated by their peers for making a difference by sharing their skills, gifts, compassion and leadership. They exemplify what is good in the world.

Awards were presented in the following categories:

Breast Cancer National Leader of the Year – Karen Jackson, Houston, TX

Breast Cancer Community Leader of the Year – Dorothy Gibbons, Houston, TX

Breast Cancer Advocate of the Year – Roxanne Martinez, Forth Worth, TX

Thriving Caregiver of the Year – Nada Crowder, Milwaukee, WI

Oncology Nurse Navigator of the Year – Carol Bush, Rose Hill, KS

Mastectomy Fitter of the Year – Sara Colson, Las Vegas, NV

Breast Cancer Blogger of the Year – Barbara Jacoby, Sherman Oaks, CA

Breast Cancer Wellness Ambassador of the Year – Heather Tewell Youngs Grace, Chapel Hill, NC

Breast Cancer Wellness Thriver of the Year – Brenda Best, San Diego, CA
