A new initiative has launched featuring country music icons the Bellamy Brothers and their partnership with Susan G. Komen to raise money for breast cancer awareness.
This year marks their 40th anniversary AND they’ve partnered with Susan G. Komen on the ‘Let Your Love Flow’ campaign, which is a unique year-round breast cancer awareness initiative. (Named after their 1976 hit single “Let Your Love Flow.”) One dollar from every iTunes purchase goes straight to Susan G. Komen.
From now through Dec. 31,2016, the Bellamys will donate $1 for each iTunes download of their “40 Years” album and $17 for each Bellamy Brothers breast cancer awareness t-shirt sold at their concerts to Susan G. Komen to help fund breast cancer research and education programs. The album features 20 Bellamy Brothers classic hits along with 20 new songs.
This version of the Bellamys’ crossover hit single “Let Your Love Flow”, was filmed in Texas with 60 breast cancer survivors.
However, since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this is a cool story considering the guys are doing something to make a difference YEAR AROUND.
